No shoes inside the property
No smoking of any kind in the unit. Only permitted outside the house. Dispose your buds in the bin.
No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
No extra/overnight guests. If you have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn’t match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation
No mail delivery, unless arranged with us ahead of time
No moving/ rearranging furniture
No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Wi-Fi, Roku sticks etc.
No Pets
No disrespecting/ disturbing neighbours
No parking anywhere other than assigned spaces indicated in our check-in manual.
Quiet time: No loud noise or music past 10 PM Local Time
